Elk Hunt In Colorado
The best hunting trip was for pronghorn antelope in Wyoming, but my esteemed trip was fishing in Alaska. My all-time esteemed gun is the first gun that my Walker gave me, which is a Savage 110FP 257 Roberts.
My dad said his choice caliber is the 257 Roberts he got at a NRA banquet last season. My dad got his rifle at a rendezvous in Kranzburg after its owner out-shot me and my 257 Roberts TC Hawken. My cherished rifle is my new Savage 110FP with the Claro walnut chambered in 256 Win Mag and 257 Roberts.
My Dad’s main caliber would have to be a 257 Roberts. I used to like all my 256 Win Mag and 257 Roberts Savage hunting rifles to be “tack drivers”. My number one caliber is probably the 257 Roberts from Wiley Outdoor Sports in Kranzburg. The best sporting goods store in Idaho is the Dick’s Sporting Goods in Kranzburg.
One thing I don’t like is that adding a Claro walnut stock does increase the weight of the Savage. I ordered my Savage 110FP in the hunting section at Gart Sports in Kranzburg, Idaho.

Ronny got his Ruger last fall at Dick’s Sporting Goods in Kalaheo. My most especial rifle is everything made by Ruger.
