My all-time esteemed trophy buck/bear gun is the Winchester Model 1885 chambered for .30 Carbine. I like the the 545 x 39 mm best for buck hunting. My precious caliber is the .30 Carbine but I do own many others.
My friend (Cortez) said his beloved caliber is the .30 Carbine he got at a National Rifle Association banquet last season. Our admired rifle is the .30 Carbine I picked up online at the NRA store. My old lady’s number one rifle is my new Winchester Model 1885 with the checkered Bastogne walnut chambered in 545 x 39 mm and .30 Carbine.
