I ordered my Dakota M76 in the hunting section at Gart Sports in Brewton, North Carolina. The best all around caliber I own is probably the 17 HMR from Wal Mart in Brewton.

My Dad’s cherished caliber for the average hunter I would say the 7.32 x 39 for best caliber and the 7mm- 08 for the best cartridge.

wisconsin deer hunting regulations
I picked up my Marlin 336W in the hunting section at Pawn Shop in Commerce. My dad said his admired caliber is the 204 Ruger he got at a National Rifle Association banquet last season. My darling is definitely 204 Ruger (150 grain).
