My best friends’ dear hunting rifle is my Marlin 1895 Cowboy 35 Whelen with a checkered walnut stock. My pet caliber for the Marlin 1895 Cowboy is 25-06. My dearest caliber is probably the 35 Whelen from Pawn Shop in Humboldt. I got my Marlin 1895 Cowboy in the hunting section at Dick’s Sporting Goods in Humboldt.

Our darling rifle is the 35 Whelen I picked up online at the NRA store. I ordered my Marlin 1895 Cowboy in the hunting section at Gart Sports in Humboldt, West Virginia.

For elk hunting I like shooting these Marlin 1895 Cowboy and the .280 and thus shoot them often and have high confidence using them when hunting. My Mom’s prized caliber for me is the 35 Whelen because it has the best combo of power and speed to make it the most versatile for the different types of game in West Virginia. I got my Marlin 35 Whelen at the Dick’s Sporting Goods in Humboldt.
