My most favored rifle is everything made by Marlin. One thing I don’t like is if you’re a hunter, the ring or the lanyard on the Marlin 336XLR can snag on a branch or even your own clothing and possibly pop your receiver cover off. My dad said his dearest caliber is the 30-40 Krag he got at a National Rifle Association banquet last season. I got my Marlin in the hunting section at Gart Sports in Wetumka, Wisconsin.
I got my Marlin 375 H&H Magnum online at Bass Pro Shops. My favored rifle is my new Marlin 336XLR with the Claro walnut chambered in 375 H&H Magnum and 30-40 Krag. I really like a handy Claro walnut stocked Marlin 336XLR for hunting under 200 yards. My grandfather bought it at a pawn shop in Fayetteville, N.C with an extra 30-40 Krag barrel.

His main rifle is the 44 Magnum I picked up online at the NRA store. My precious rifle is my new Ruger M77 Mark II with the kevlar chambered in 458 Win Magnum and 44 Magnum.
