My most favorite rifle is the Marlin 1895 I got at Wiley Outdoor Sports in Bar Nunn. My friend (Merrill) said his favorite caliber is the 30-30 he got at a NWTF banquet last season. My mom’s favorite rifle is my new Marlin 1895 with the hard rock maple chambered in 270 Magnum and 30-30.

My Dad’s favorite caliber for deer and larger game is 45 ACP and the best all around caliber for small and medium game is 270 Weatherby magnum. The best all around caliber I own is probably the 45 ACP from Bass Pro Shops in Bull Run.
One drawback the eight-round clip cannot be loaded with 45 ACP single rounds. I ordered my Ruger Model 3 in the hunting section at Gart Sports in Bull Run, Utah. I like the the 270 Weatherby magnum best for deer hunting. I got my Ruger 270 Weatherby magnum online at Cabelas.
